Windover Subcontractor and Supplier Policy

Windover subcontractors and material suppliers are integral to the success of each of our projects and ultimately to the success of Windover. We rely on each other to meet the following expectations:

1. Price the work and the products fairly
2. Perform the work with consistent quality
3. Be reliable
4. Come to the job site every day with a positive and professional attitude
5. Be flexible and willing to be managed
6. Make jobsite safety the highest priority
7. Work well with other subs on site and lend a hand whenever needed
8. Maintain all required insurance
9. Keep timely daily work records
10. Provide timely, accurate billing to Windover for prompt payment

Our selection process is very simple. Windover will select a short list of subs and suppliers for each trade based on a proven track record of similar projects. Windover will ask for references from new subs and suppliers who wish to bid on jobs for Windover. The references provided will be contacted to attest to the ability of the sub or vendor to meet the above expectations. We will then ask this short list to provide a price for the defined scope of work. The final selection will be based on the price for the defined scope of work, the ability to staff the job and the sub or suppliers’ track record with Windover and/or the feedback from the references provided. All factors will be considered equally.
